The Hottenroth Berliner Weisse from The Bruery in Placentia, CA pours out a light, golden lemon in color with some haze (unfiltered) and a frothy, snow white head that sticks around briefly. On the nose aromas of lemon zest, yeast and a little wheat funkiness.
